To commence, the lack of public facilities for exercising should be responsible for this problem. In this case, it is hard for residents to seek an open area for outdoor exercising. Besides, it is due to the rat race in either study or work that people from all walks of life should work non-stop to have an edge over their counterparts. Naturally, wrapped up in their daily tasks, they lack either the time or the energy to have enough physical exercise.

In this way, students, young working professionals, and community members can be called on to slow down their pace and smell the roses.
