1. Does your family have a car?

Well, we have a BMW. My father usually drives it to work, but on weekends, he will take us for a drive somewhere out of town.

2. Do you (know how to) drive a car?

I do not know how to drive. My father always encourages me to learn but I am busy with my studies. I guess I will probably learn to drive next year.

3. Do you think it is important to get (or, to have) a driver’s license?

Sure, I do. I do not encourage everyone to drive to work, but knowing how to drive can be useful. For example, if you want take a trip, and everyone knows how to drive, then it is quite easy, because everyone could take turns driving.

4. Do you think it is important to pay attention to safety when driving?

Definitely, I think safety is the most important thing when driving. You know life is precious, so you have to be cautious enough. If we do not pay attention to safety when driving. We risk not only our lives but the lives of others.

5. What advice would you give people about safe driving?

Firstly pay more attention to traffic rules. Secondly, do not drink and drive and last but by no means least; do not drive when you are too tired.
