　　性格方面的东西其实都不会完全是先天或者后天某一方决定的。心理学研究认为人天生就是以下几种性格的混合：

　　能力型(Cholerio)、活跃型(Sanguine)、完善(Melancholy)、平稳型(Phlegmatic)

　　我们会发现有的小孩在很小的时候就可以专注做一件事情很长的时间，而同时我们也发现一些原本很缺乏耐心的孩子在经过一段时间的训练，比如学习乐器或者美术，也可以变的有耐心。但如果我们发现一些孩子完全没有一点耐心，这也有可能是有心理或者生理上的某种疾病，比如多动症。当然了，这已经不是教育的范畴了。是个医学问题。

　　Personalitywise, nothing is totally natural or nurtured. Psychological studies show that people are born with a mix of the following characters: cholerio, sanguine, melancholy, and phlegmatic.

　　We may find that some kids can focus on something for a long time while others who severely lack patience, after a period of training, can become patient by learning musical instrument or fine art. Whereas, if a child is found to have no patience at all, there could be some psychological or physiological diseases, such as ADHD, also known as attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder, which, by the way, is beyond the field of education. It goes to the medical field.
